Implementation experience:

The system has been implemented in the Leningrad Region and the Pskov region.

The main result for the Leningrad region was a 2-fold increase in investment projects accompanied by the same number of managers accompanying the projects.
The result of the work for the Pskov region was a 3-fold increase in efficiency, that is, one manager was able to take on three times more projects for support.

Primorsky Krai, the Republic of Buryatia and the Volgograd Region are preparing for implementation.

The implementation period is up to 2 months, taking into account consulting and training of employees.
