The project has already been implemented in St. Petersburg, Leningrad region, Ryazan region, Republic of Karelia. The use of the Postamate was approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 837-r dated April 11, 2022 in the concept of transition to the provision of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, of the absolute majority of state and municipal services without the need for personal presence of citizens.
The system can be supplied with a web-based management system accessible via a browser.
